IN PERSON CLASSES

  • Held at the KCECC WB GEORGE CENTER in the gym

 

  • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes
  • A mix of cardio and strength

  • Classes are every Saturday morning from 7:45am-8:45am

  • Classes are between 45min - 1hr in length

  • Levels are offered to fit beginner to advanced

  • All you need is a set or 2 of weights, a mat and water
