IN PERSON CLASSES

 

  • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes
  • A mix of cardio and strength

  • Every Saturday morning from 7:45am-8:45am at KCECC WB George Center in the gym

  • Every Monday evening from 6pm-7pm at Maplewood Hall in Oxford Mills
  • Classes are between 45min - 1hr in length

  • Levels are offered to fit beginner to advanced

  • All you need is a set or 2 of weights, a mat and water
